While we were utterly grateful for online yoga classes guiding us through downward dogs and warrior poses during recent lockdowns, we have been positively ecstatic about the reopening of workout and wellness studios.

Whether you’re looking for a morning Vinyasa flow, a much-needed stretch after sitting at your desk all day, or a Yin session to slow things down before bedtime, Singapore has a host of yoga studios for you to mix and match according to your intentions.

1.    Yoga Movement

A studio that caters to beginners, experienced practitioners and everyone in between, Yoga Movement offers multi-level classes categorised by their focus, pace and sweat level. For those whose first foray into yoga was through online classes when we were all stuck indoors, opt for the Basics class which focuses on alignment, foundation, flexibility and muscle tone. Seasoned yogis can check out the fast-paced Power Flow class that works up a sweat.

The home grown lifestyle brand has eight studios across Singapore, our favourites include their Orchard Flagship — the super spacious beastie studio is just stunning, and the cute Robertson Quay outlet as you can hang at Grounded for coffee after your session. We also love their range of yoga t-shirts and mats which are regularly updated.
