Apple and Carrot Bircher Muesli

Quantity/ serves: 3

Calories per portion: 182

INGREDIENTS:

·      ½ red apple, grated with skin (use large grater)

·      1 small carrot, peeled and grated (use fine grater)

·      75g rolled oats

·      250ml semi-skimmed milk (or your milk of choice)

·      15g raisins

·      ¼ tsp cinnamon

·      2 heaped tsp of mixed raw seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)

·      A pinch of salt

METHOD:

1.    Place all the ingredients in an airtight container with a lid.

2.    Mix well and pop in the fridge overnight.

3.    Will keep for several days.
