This penthouse unit of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) prides itself for their craftmanship of freshly brewed beers by resident Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia. Their menu cleverly infuses beer brewing elements into the food, giving their dishes a distinctive flavour and texture.
Crowned on the 43rd floor of the Ocean Financial Centre, Zafferano is the best place to be for an all-round Italian hospitality and dining experience. This sophisticated circular space allows guests to have a 270 degree view of Marina Bay as they savour the authentic and evocative flavours of Italy and enjoy world-class service from the restaurant’s staff members.

This multi-concept rooftop dining destination is sprawled across levels 55 and 56 at the peak of ION Orchard.
